Having said this, it is important to note that the point is not just to have the perfect abdomen. When one does regular exercises and eats healthy food, the probability that he/she will look better, that he/she will feel better and that he/she will live longer are greatly increased. Finally I would like to point out that if you suffer from any condition, you should always consult your doctor before doing any type of exercise or changing your diet habits.
